The Lab Philosophy

At Sport Speed Lab, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that endurance sports are not just physical endeavors, but mental and emotional challenges as well. We believe that by providing a welcoming and supportive environment, backed by the latest in sports technology and guided by professional coaches, we can help athletes of all levels unlock their full potential.

Our approach to coaching is based on a commitment to individualised training plans that are tailored to each athlete’s unique needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned competitor or an elite level pro, we will work with you to develop a plan that will help you reach your full potential. Our coaches are experts in their field, with years of experience working with athletes from a variety of backgrounds and skill levels.

At Sport Speed Lab, we are also committed to staying at the forefront of sports technology. We use advanced tools and equipment to track and analyze our athletes’ progress, including heart rate monitors, power meters, VO2 and blood lactate testing and video analysis software. By leveraging these tools, we can provide our athletes with valuable insights into their performance and make data-driven decisions about their training.

In addition to our coaching services, we also offer a thriving triathlon team, Triple Threat Tough, that provides athletes with a sense of community and camaraderie. Our team members support each other through training, racing, and life, and we believe that this sense of belonging is essential to achieving success in endurance sports.
