Small Bike Fit Changes Make a Difference

I have a saying: “Bike fitting is a game of millimeters”.  Many times small changes to a bike fit can make a world of difference in comfort and aerodynamics.  The triathlete in the video came into Speed Lab with a ‘new to him’ used bike.  The fit was close but not comfortable.  I lowered the arm pads 20 mm.  Raised the saddle  about 10 mm and moved the saddle rearward about 10 mm.  The resulting bike position was more comfortable and looked to be more aerodynamic.
